Meds vs Ego
This episode Payton takes a deep dive into how she got onto antidepressants and anti-anxiety medications. She talks about her thoughts on anti-depressants and why she decided to finally get on them, in hopes of letting others know that nothing is wrong with someone who wants/needs meds and sometimes taking care of yourself is putting your ego aside and doing what's ultimately best for you!

Amazing
Payton goes into depth about different aspects of life while keeping it funny. I love listening to her advice and thoughts. She has such a soothing voice. I would 10/10 recommend but the podcast does reference dark topics.
