Truly insightful and inspirational!!

I've been a client of Roger's for 3 years now and he's inspired me every step of the way. This podcast is a continuation of inspiration and insightfulness that he brings each week in our training sessions. He does a fantastic job of interviewing guests and bringing in different perspectives from the health, fitness and business world. Checking out the episode when the tables are turned and Marissa interviews Roger is a must! Well done to the two of you and I can't wait to see what comes next!

More than just another fitness podcast

Incredibly insightful. I believe Roger operates more as a life coach than physical trainer and the information he shares here is exactly that. Whether it is through an interview with a guest or sharing his personal thoughts, this is the fodder needed for achieving goals in all areas of ones life. I've been a listener of this podcast since it came out and longtime listener of Relentless Roger and the Caveman Doctor, and in both of them Roger, establishes simple themes about motivation, accountability and ownership that are applicable in everyone's daily routine for becoming a well rounded individual. He taps into the necessity of mastering all areas of ones life in a very emotional way. As opposed to other podcast in this vein, I like this one the most because of how personal and relate-able it is. Specifically, I like how he focuses on self reflection and honesty with oneself and believe this is insightful for all, not just women or men, young or old, cross-fitters or endurance athletes. Your mother could listen to this and takeaway something. Highly recommended!!
