In this episode  1.)  Craig shares recordings from a recent toastmasters meeting where two separate speakers received valuable feedback on pauses. 2.)  Craig discloses some of his own struggles with pauses and some surprising places this comes up. 3.)  We explore why we who struggle have a hard time pausing! 4.)  We’ll wrap up with some of the benefits of pausing!
