He came to the U.S. to complete his graduate diploma in engineering in the late 90s. After a career tech for twenty years, he is now what he dubs a “recovering technologist.” 
 
Prashant had always been interested in real estate. He began investing in single families in 2007. He quickly realized the meaning of working smarter, not harder, and traded in single families for a duplex! Today, Prashant is GP of Catalyst Equity Partners, where he invests in large multi-family deals with his business partner.
