A long overdue review

I've been following Jason's training and nutrition principles since the old Inner Circle days 10+ years ago. Jay's advice and knowledge has never let me down and is a big part of the reason I'm in the best shape of my life at 42. Jay is constantly evolving and has been a consistently-beneficial resource in my own evolution.

I'm stoked every time I see a new Renegade Radio episode to listen to on the way to work, anytime that happens I'm in a better and more productive mindset the rest of the day. His insight on things outside of training is just as killer and have benefitted me and those around me tremendously.

His Q&A episodes are killer, but I'm always particularly impressed with how he handles guests. He does a fantastic job of letting the guest express themselves and focusing it on their unique insight rather than making it about himself; something a lot of people get very wrong.

Do yourself a favor and add this podcast to your routine and you will NOT regret it, I promise. Keep up the great work Jay!
