As a busy, full time mom of two, I was looking for a new podcast that was a quick listen with great content and I found that with the short burst episode- How to Always be On. Great stuff and now I’m listening to the rest of the episodes! Would love to hear you interview a female in the fitness industry who’s had to adjust to life as a mother and dealing with the physical, mental and emotional changes.

I’m so glad I found Jay 4 years ago. He inspires me to be my best. I’m great at that when it comes to fitness and through Jay I’m learning how to be just as passionate, focused and inspired to take action in other areas of my life. I wish I lived near him and could be in his inner circle to see him in person. But this podcast by itself is a blessing
