Beukema starts off the podcast by telling us how he started off aspiring to be in healthcare, started pre-med, traveled a bit and realized he wanted a different path. After moving to sales in a more independent route, he ended up founding Groove Cruise. It took him seven years to charter his first ship and has now done 43 music cruises since. The pandemic hit Beukema and the company hard, but they're back and building themselves to be even bigger than before.
