I’ve been listening to this podcast for a number of years, and I’ve found myself consistently going back and re-listending to my favorite episodes. Each time I find something new that I didn’t pick up previously. I’ve seen a change in market conditions and strategies since I started listening, and it has been a source for me to start my research into certain topics. This gives me ideas of strategies or concepts that I need to research further. Regardless of where you are at in your ownership/investing journey, I’m certain you’ll be able to find a ton of useful information from each and every episode! I appreciate all the value you guys have been producing, and can’t wait for future episodes!

I really appreciate Chad’s down to earth, humble and honest approach to Real Estate Investing- and to life in general. As someone who has a smaller and mighty portfolio I really align with Chad’s philosophy on REI and his values in general. I aspire to take my family on extended overseas trips and follow in Chad’s footsteps. This podcast is inspirational to me but it’s also super practical and provides actionable steps for anybody already in or interested in getting started in REI. Excellent podcast!

Emma Persons is an example of a professional property manager who is able to combine firmness and consistency in tenant relations with compassion and real heart. Thanks to the thoughtful questioning, probing and occasional clarifications by Brian, the listener is able to gain a clear understanding of how one goes about marketing, managing and screening new tenants when dealing with large multi-family properties or single-family homes. Although it ran a little over time, this was another excellent interview in this young podcast series.
