The podcast for rental real estate investors and landlord. It has a wealth of information in each episode that has the potential to be life changing.

I’ve been listening to this podcast for a number of years, and I’ve found myself consistently going back and re-listending to my favorite episodes. Each time I find something new that I didn’t pick up previously. I’ve seen a change in market conditions and strategies since I started listening, and it has been a source for me to start my research into certain topics. This gives me ideas of strategies or concepts that I need to research further. Regardless of where you are at in your ownership/investing journey, I’m certain you’ll be able to find a ton of useful information from each and every episode! I appreciate all the value you guys have been producing, and can’t wait for future episodes!

I really appreciate Chad’s down to earth, humble and honest approach to Real Estate Investing- and to life in general. As someone who has a smaller and mighty portfolio I really align with Chad’s philosophy on REI and his values in general. I aspire to take my family on extended overseas trips and follow in Chad’s footsteps. This podcast is inspirational to me but it’s also super practical and provides actionable steps for anybody already in or interested in getting started in REI. Excellent podcast!
