A+

Just discovered this podcast. Really enjoyed listening to these chat it up about 1984 and looking forward to what they have next. I just got the book Fun Home to follow along. Can’t wait

Graphic Novels, established classics, newer release and more!

Two friends, both teachers, sit down and discuss one book that the other has decided to force upon the other.... it’s a pretty foolproof and delightful premise that can’t go wrong. I have taken it upon myself to read along and read every book that’s covered. I’ve missed a couple but it’s a personal challenge I look towards every month. I’m nowhere near as intelligent as Stella & Tom so I greatly appreciate the in-depth discussion covering themes and their individual thoughts on the books that always seems to give me weeks of chewing to go over.

Graphic novels, established classics to newer releases— every month is a new selection that is guaranteed to leave an impression and leave you want more of these two!

excellent show!

Despite the host's blatant lack of respect for Thomas Hardy, they nonetheless do an excellent job discussing ina serious way, serious works of literature. A must-listen podcast, about must-read books!
