Resenting Those Who Choose NOT to Play the Game Making Space for Conversations That Matter with Laura Prisc

Recently, I was facilitating a workshop for some middle managers in a health facility when something I suspected was reinforced in a powerful way… In fact, as I reflect on the conversation as it unfolded, there was definitely an undertone of anger and hostility.  

They are operating within a paradigm that dictates a certain approach and commitment to work and life; choices are limited and it’s not ok to step outside the lines. However, they are encountering a generation that appears to have decided the predefined box of how work and life is, does NOT work for them.  

They are making different choices, choosing not the play the game. It’s creating ripples, and perhaps resentment. Listen in to this brief and solo episode with Host, Laura Prisc, and consider the implications of this issue in your own life and work
