1.) What did you know and learn at the end of your career that you wish you knew at the beginning?

2.) Have you had to tone down your competitiveness and approach in a new work environment?

3.) Basketball players like Kevin Love and DeMar DeRozan are coming forward and sharing their stories on mental health, what’s your take on this and why is it important?

4.) How do you see dance and other art forms like athletics in alignment with one another?

6.) Off the court, how do you inspire and foster the mamba mentality within a child?

Episode 11 GEORGE BOVELLE

Just finished listening to this remarkable podcast @restoic featuring an exceptional @georgebovelle.live that dropped on August 20th, 2020. In this episode @georgebovelle.live emphasized a new way of seeing, one that personifies the phrase he coined Hero Energy. Additionally, this swimming legend mentioned that the upward spiral to greatness MUST be cultivated via the mastery of one’s own “horse-rider” that embodies 100% self-belief and poise. The attainment of authentic self-expression forces us outside our comfort zone, by careful examination of the subconscious programs and the necessary journey from unconsciousness to consciousness with 100% certainty. In delivering this self-empowering message filled with wisdom and spiritual treasures, @georgebovelle.live demonstrates the calm control of a rich sattvic voice and its inescapable ability to connect and resonate with kindred souls world over. I would advocate that for anyone reading this message to please take the time out of your rajasic schedule to listen and share this podcast. Furthermore, not only was this conversation the best “alive day” gift, it is also the perfect holiday present that will keep on giving. As we look forward to the culmination of 2020 and the advent of 2021, let’s all courageously embrace this Hero Energy so impressively laid out here and the ultimate energy driven journey from FEAR based thinking to LOVE based thinking - Level up time. Much love, blessings and heartfelt gratitude @restoic @georgebovelle.live🙏🏽
