Dr. Dawn DiRaimondo is a clinical psychologist with a private practice in Sacramento. She has over twenty years of experience working with adolescents, young adults and adults. Her specialties include grief and loss, depression, anxiety and ADHD.
Dr. DiRaimondo published her first book, "Surviving Sibling Loss: The Invisible Thread That Connects Us Through Life and Death" in 2020. This book shares both her personal and professional experiences with grief and loss. Dr. DiRaimondo lost her brother in 2004 while he was serving in Iraq. The book also includes interviews with fourteen people that lost siblings in different ways, suicide, illnesses, accidents and homicide.
