The Rethinking Youth Ministry Podcast is for youth ministry leaders, pastors, volunteers, workers, and anyone who cares about middle school and high school students. Each episode, we hope to raise the bar for youth ministry by asking questions, interviewing thinkers, and having real, honest conversations about what it looks like to lead the next generation. Rethinking Youth Ministry is a podcast from the Orange Students team. Our mission is to help you, the youth leader, influence the next generation. We do that through this podcast, other resources, and our weekly curriculum, XP3. If you'd like to learn more, check out OrangeStudents.com.

Most Episodes Are Great
I have volunteered or worked in student ministry in some capacity for 11+ years, and I currently work for a church that closely follows the Orange curriculum. I have not listened to every episode because I do not find them relevant to my ministry, but I like the ones I’ve listened to. I appreciate the rotating host model and would like to see more diversity there. Can you please do an episode on working with students who are exploring their sexual identity? Thank you!
Love This Podcast
I am new to the youth ministry specific podcast world but from listening starting at episode 1, wow! Great content that comes from many different angles. I feel more prepared to engage my youth at church, understand their worlds as well as minister more effectively. Thank you for the show, blessings!
Don’t Ever Stop
This podcast is amazing. I play it while I’m at work in preparation for Sunday’s and I cannot explain enough how amazing this is. I currently am active duty and work voluntarily part time as a student ministry director and use Orange curriculum. You guys are helping ministries thrive. Thank you so much and God bless you all for what you do!
