Chelsea is a former burnt out recruiter for one of the largest media companies in the world who left her career path, 401k, and salary behind for her dream job traveling the world. Through her recruiting and life experience, she's developed a coaching company that has helped hundreds of people elevate their career and lives. When she's not working with dream carer coaching clients, she's either out with her dog, June, cuddling with her cat, Bags, or out riding a horse.
In addition to coaching, Chelsea has years of experience as a recruiter, has been featured in Business Insider, and has down countless speaking engagements. How Your Belief System is Sabotaging Your Job Search
I really enjoyed this podcast, it is informative and easy to understand. So many people are stuck in jobs they don’t like, Chelsea is giving tools to move us from this mind set. Helping us move from a mindset of living in lack. Bravo Chelsea!
Worth a listen!
I enjoy this podcast because I feel like most career advice out there doesn’t focus much on the mindset or manifestation piece when it comes to making your goals happen but this one does. Chelsea offers a great perspective and advice for moving through self limiting beliefs and this podcast has definitely helped to change the way that I see some things in my own everyday life and career search. Rated three stars only because I feel like sometimes she glosses over a lot tangible things her listeners should do to push forward and she doesn’t get deep enough when she explains or throws specific ideas out there. It’s a marketing tactic, I’m sure, to get you to purchase her programs (which I have purchased several), but kind of annoying considering how short the episodes are. The podcast episodes definitely need more detailed content.

I wholeheartedly recommend Chelsea’s content! It’s rare to find someone who encourages a healthy emotional and spiritual approach to career growth, while also being incredibly practical in the day to day details of life’s big transitions. Her strategic and tactical suggestions has transformed the way I approach about my career. Chelsea lives out the principles she shares and her positive energy is contagious. Can’t wait for the next episode ✨
