    Outrageous Trump settlements, Ethiopian Civil War, no two state solution: episode: 30

    I discuss the outrageous lawsuits and settlements against President Trump. It is a total abuse and weaponization of the legal system. I recommend Congress look into moving cases outside of deep blue jurisdictions in order to satisfy the constitutional requirement for an impartial jury. Donald Trump has no chance of an impartial jury in New York City or DC or Atlanta. The cases should be heard outside of those deep blue jurisdictions, but within the state, in a place where there is a chance of a fair trial and impartial jury. We hear endlessly about civilian deaths in Gaza, but did you know that in the last three or four years there has been a Civil War in Ethiopia, where 600,000 civilians have lost their lives. Nope you didn’t hear about that. By the way, there’s been half million deaths in the Ukraine. But the Hawks want more funding for that war while many of them are condemning Israel. There should be no cease-fire. There should be no two states solution. If one is ever to be achieved, it would be through direct negotiation between Israel and the Palestinians. It should not be imposed upon them and will not be. Netanyahu has indicated that he will not recognize a Palestinian state, which is exactly correct. It’s not like the Palestinians have not been offered a state before. They’ve been offered it many times. but they’re not interested in a two state solution. They are interested in a one state solution and the annihilation of the Jews. Do not forget that they all celebrated in Gaza and in the West Bank the October 7 massacre. Just as the Palestinian celebrated 911. They have been given so much aid and so many opportunities to better themselves, but they are obsessed with only one thing and that is killing Jews. Not just the Palestinian leader ship but the people as well. So instead of Singapore on the Mediterranean you have Afghanistan.

    Biden Unfit/Mishandling Documents/25th Amendment/Kamala Harris blues/Moss for Congress: episode 29

    We discussed the issue of mishandling classified documents. It is much worse for a senator or vice president to do so, because they lack the authority to declassify such documents. The president, as the embodiment of the executive branch, has full authority to declassify documents. A president is in effect the executive branch of our government. When the constitution was written, we did not have a federal bureaucracy. We wrote the constitution in order to create the federal government. It was understood that the president was the executive branch, and therefore he, not some unknown bureaucrat in some office in some department somewhere in a federal building would have that authority. So the crime of mishandling documents or classified documents for a president is very different than doing the same as a Secretary of State like Hillary Clinton, or as a senator or vice president, as in Biden‘s case. The two are treated as equivalent, but they are not. The case against Biden is far stronger than that against Trump. In Biden‘s case, we’re also talking about many years that he held onto such documents, and in a number of unsecured locations. Trump documents were discovered months after leaving Office as president. They were also much more secure in Mar-a-Lago than in Biden‘s garage in Delaware or at his office at UPenn. Mar-a-Lago is guarded at all times. It has its own security as well as the secret service. They are not comparable at all. The two cases therefore should not be treated as equivalent. We discuss also the special counsel report, by Robert Hur in which Biden is declared mentally unfit to stand trial, which is a decision that the counsel did not need to make. But having made it, it raises the obvious question, if he is not fit to stand trial, he certainly is not fit to be President of the United States with his finger on the nuclear button. It then raises the question of the 25th amendment. The problem for Democrats is that Kamala Harris is very unpopular.. She was another DEI hire. When you live by DEI, you die by DEI. If they had a vice president widely regarded and respected, the Democrats would’ve gotten rid of Biden a long time ago. But now they are stuck with someone who is considered unfit to be president and a vice president that they do not want or like. It appears that there may be a 9–0 decision by the Supreme Court overturning the Colorado Supreme Court decision to remove Trump‘s name from the ballot. These left-wing judges and courts are truly appalling. They are blinded by their hatred of Trump and their ideology. Something that is obvious to everyone, including liberal judges on the court is somehow, not seen by them. When has a state ever removed a president from the ballot? And what’s to stop Republicans from doing the same? But even the liberal justices on the Supreme Court seem unimpressed by the case. Even Biden‘s Supreme Court pick Ketanji Jackson Brown seems unconvinced. We’ll see what the final vote is. It would be great if it was 9–0. And maybe it will be. We discuss UNRWA the UN relief work agency that deals with the Palestinian refugees so called. That’s a whole story in itself but apparently members of UNRWA were involved in the October 7 massacre. No surprise. UNRWA is a Hamas operation. Trump took away all funding from it which was correct. Biden, of course reinstated it. Among so many other disasters under Biden. There should be no funding of the UN relief work agency. I would not give a dime to the Palestinians. Would let them flee Gaza into Egypt and be absorbed into the Sinai peninsula, and in many Muslim Arab countries that have agreed to take them. That is what they should get in a just world. They have shown themselves to be completely corrupt, violent, and anti-Semitic. Yes, the civilians not just Hamas but the whole population. Finally I am running for Congress.     Blowing up the border: episode 28

    Governor Abbott is putting up razor wire on the Texas side of the river to prevent illegal aliens from entering Texas. The Biden administration is sending agents to cut it. This would be the department of Homeland security under Mayorkas who is being impeached. Something he richly deserves for his utter failure at enforcing immigration law. Next right after should be Joe Biden himself. Mayorkas is simply following orders from Biden and his radical left-wing Marxist advisors. They seek to undermine the nation. They have a hatred for European based civilization, which means white people. They’re all lilly white themselves, but that doesn’t matter. Cultural Marxism Intersectionality Require that you hate anything white and anything European. European civilization, and then its progeny most especially American civilization, represents the zenith of world civilization but not if you’re leftist. Then you are into Intersectionality and oppressor and oppressed and so-called marginalized, powerless people who are victims. Such a way of thinking is utterly destructive and anti-biblical and anti-American. We hold that we are all created in the image of God, and that each of us is a sacred individual, blessed with a divine spark. That is The American idea and the biblical idea. The left, of course rejects at all. Abbott of course should place the razor wire it is a relatively minor thing, but that is at least the minimum effort. We must prevent all illegal immigration, and then we must begin massive deportation. That will be a very severe conflict, but it must be waged if we are to save this country and not let the Biden gang of criminals get away with the damage they have done to this country. A state has a right to defend itself from an invasion and this is an invasion. That is in the constitution. Article one section 10. Especially when the federal government fails to do so. Other border states should do the same. Many people feel sorry for illegal aliens. I may feel sorry for them as well. But I mainly feel sorry for America and what is happening to our country. We are not a wealthy country anymore. We have $34 trillion in debt. We have a broken nation and broken culture. We have to repair this nation and it begins by deporting the 8 to 10,000,000 illegal aliens that came in Under the Biden administration. We must feel sympathy for our citizens who may be victims of violent crime or rape or robbery or DUI committed by illegal aliens of which there are many. Our jails are filled with illegal aliens. How does that make sense? They are on our public programs. How does that make sense? By definition that would be exactly the kind of immigrant we would not want. we don’t want more people on our welfare roles. We must have sympathy for our citizens and our country if we are ever to dig ourselves out of the incredible carnage of the last three years of the Biden administration.     Chanukah Christmas and Western Civilization: Episode 23

    Hanukkah, the festival of lights is a Jewish holiday that commemorates the victory of the Maccabees over the Syrian Greek empire under King Antiochus the fourth. He wanted to eliminate Jewish practice, traditions and observances. And replace them with the pagan Hellenistic culture of the Greek empire. They defiled the temple, sacrificed a pig on the altar. Matisyahu and his sons fought a long battle, and eventually defeated the Greeks in 164 BC. They rededicated the temple. The word Hanukkah means rededication. It is to rededicate the temple, but also re-dedicate ourselves to our belief in God and Jewish practice. The other part of the story is that there was only enough oil to last for one day, but it lasted for eight days before they could get the ritually pure oil. That showed that God was with the defenders of Judaism. Each night an additional candle is lit, leading to the eight days. The light is there to inspire us, and to push away the darkness. It is to rekindle or rededicate our faith. It is a story of religious freedom, of weakness over the strong, of faith over paganism. There was another Jewish rebellion in 70 A.D., which was crushed by the Roman Empire. There was a second rebellion in 135 A.D. by Bar Kochba, but this, too fell to the power of Rome. Jerusalem and the temple were plowed under and the earth was salted. Hundreds of thousands died. Rome, renamed Israel Palestina to demoralize and humiliate the Jews by renaming it after their ancient enemies, the Philistines. But the flame continue to burn in the hearts of the Jewish people, and after 2000 years in 1948 out of the ashes of the holocaust, the modern state of Israel was born. Is forces defeated the five Arab nations that attacked it at the moment of its birth, with the intent of annihilation. This was another miracle. But the Hanukkah lights continue to burn in Israel sometimes wavering, but still shining more than 70 years later. Christmas is also upon us and there is a light that burns for Christians also under attack in the west by the secular Marxist left and around the world, especially within the Muslim world. It is symbolic that in the darkest time of the year Christian Teaching tells that the logos, the word was made flesh in the form of the newborn baby, Jesus, a Jew, under a star, a light for the world to drive away the darkness, and bring redemption and hope. Hanukkah and Christmas are linked in the calendar and is fitting for the message each brings. The two faiths together Judaism and Christianity also referred to as the Judeo Christian tradition is the foundation of western and American civilization. Western nations are the greatest in the world, because they are based on Judeo Christian principles. it is in the west where human rights, liberty, the rule of law, democracy, music, art, science and technology have flourished, and where slavery was ended. These are the nations that people from around the world seek to live. It is in western nations where citizens are most free and enjoy the greatest prosperity. It is not an accident. we should dedicate ourselves to protecting and preserving America the west and western civilization by preserving the Judeo Christian tradition. The light of Hanukkah and Christmas must continue to burn and illuminate the night. The darkness that is always present, the norm for most of history. The Judeo Christian tradition is what distinguishes us from the rest, our values, and devotion to truth, knowledge, goodness, beauty, and reason. It is the belief in the sanctity of the individual made in the image of God. We reject the moral and cultural relativism of the postmodern Marxist left and the totalitarian threat of unformed Islam. We must rededicate ourselves in our current battle as the Maccabee did against the Greeks, and as Israel did against the Arab armies that sought its destruction in 1948. The spirit of Hanukkah and Christmas should inspire us. Happy Hanukkah and merry Christmas.

    Hamas Is Responsible for Civilian Deaths in Gaza: episode 21

    I present the options available to Hamas to save civilians in Gaza. The easiest would be for them to surrender. And they should. When the Japanese surrendered at the end of World War II, hostilities ended. There came a military occupation of Japan. That was part of the surrender. Hamas could easily do the same and Israel would occupy Gaza. Just as occurred in Japan and Germany after World War II. The other option for Hamas to reduce civilian casualties, is to become a regular army, not a band of lowly terrorists. They can wear uniforms and situate themselves in army bases segregated from the civilian population. That is the honorable thing to do. That would make it very easy for Israel to destroy Hamas, which would be a great advantage for the world and the Palestinians. In this way civilians can be spared. All civilian deaths, and other casualties in Gaza are the responsibility of Hamas. They launched the massacre on October 7 and now Israel must destroy them. Hamas has the option of segregating themselves from the civilians or surrendering. Otherwise, all the displacement and injuries and deaths of civilians is their responsibility. I also compare what happened with the Jewish refugees that occurred with the founding of the state of Israel in 1948 with the Palestinian refugees that were created, with the founding of the Jewish state. When Israel was founded, all the ancient Jewish communities throughout the Arab and Muslim world were attacked and so they fled. Some of them literally walked to Israel. Israel also rescued many and brought them out of these countries and into Israel. These are the so-called Arab or Sephardic Jews or the Mizrahi. It is important to know that the Jewish communities in all of these countries predates Islam. They’ve been there for thousands of years in Babylon which is today Iraq and in Persia which is today Iran. And in Egypt and throughout the Arab Muslim world. But do not forget the Jews were there before Islam even existed. Those Jewish refugees roughly the same number as Palestinian refugees, nearly 1,000,000, were assimilated into Israel. The Palestinian refugees which were caused by the attack on Israel at its founding by surrounding Arab countries, to destroy it in the crib, so to speak, at its birth, remain as refugees why? Why are they still in refugee camps? Why are they not integrated and assimilated amongst their Arab Muslim brothers in the various Arab countries. Many people may not realize that there are Palestinian refugee camps in Syria and Lebanon, and even in Gaza as ridiculous as that is. Because they want to use the so-called Palestinians as a political football to attack Israel with. But they are identical, culturally, religiously genetically as their Arab brothers in these different Arab countries. The whole so-called Palestinian refugee crisis is a fraud. It is a cudgel used to attack Israel with, but the blame is on the head of their Arab, Muslim brothers, and the Palestinians themselves.

    Hamas, Cease-fire, Hostages, Wins for Argentina and the Dutch: episode 20

    I discussed the cease-fire in Gaza. 50 hostages were released. In exchange for 150 criminals in Israel. Israel does not take hostages so they were criminals. Most likely violent. They were in jail for a reason. They were women and children, but we know that Hamas often uses women and children in committing acts of terror. This exchange also came with a four day cease-fire and aid trucks being allowed in from Egypt. That is the bad side. We don’t want Hamas to be given fuel or food. And we don’t want a ceasefire. This allows them to regroup and fight on. It is a dilemma. We obviously want the hostages to be released but we also want Hamas destroyed. Israel, I believe recognizes this and knows that it must destroy Hamas. I hope they will not succumb to the inevitable pressure to end the conflict until they have achieved their military goal of destroying Hamas. But any hostage exchange is a dilemma. The best thing is to avoid it in the first place by having a strong defense and a secure border. Civilians we know mean nothing to Hamas. They are considered martyrs. It might be that the civilians themselves do not mind that role or mind it less than you would think. But in any event, there are fighters and warriors and there are martyrs. Hamas does not think of civilian casualties as we do. Something to be avoided. For them, it is something to be exploited. it is simply part of Jihad and compatible with Islam. The media is the Air Force of Hamas. Dead civilians are propaganda tools for Hamas against Israel. And Hamas uses dead civilians for exactly that purpose. They are a disgrace. Israel is often attacked as settler-colonizers. This, of course is a joke. The Jewish people are the indigenous people of the Middle East of the holy land of Israel. It is the Muslims who are the colonizers. The Jews were there 1600 years before Islam began in Saudi Arabia. Now Islam has spread to 50 nations including some 22 Arab nations. How did it do that. By conquering, settling, and colonizing. They also forced conversion. We noticed that the war in the Middle East is splitting the left and the Democrat party. Some liberals are supportive of Israel and so they have a dilemma. It shouldn’t be hard to solve that. You have to stop being liberal and leave the Democrat party, the pro Hamas party. We have had some good news with elections in the Netherlands and in Argentina. Geert Wilders and Javier Milei. Conservative, nationalist populists like Trump. The left and the media are going nuts. Good.

    Moral Clarity, Evil, Just War, and the Palestinians Episode 19: November 19 2023

    I discussed how moral clarity is required to engage in war. It is necessary to go to war to defend civilization. Going to war will always involve the loss of civilian life. Israel’s war against Hamas and the Palestinians is a just war. The Palestinians are on the other side of civilization. They seek to enter the gates and tear down the walls and foundations of civilization, to dismantle it, plow it under, and salt the Earth. Therefore, it is moral to destroy them. It is no different than the bombing and destruction of Germany in order to defeat and eradicate the Nazis. It is no different, then the fire bombing and destruction of Japan, including the dropping of two atomic bombs. Both were just wars and civilian deaths were justified. Those civilians in Germany and Japan supported their governments. It is no different than in Gaza. The Palestinians embrace and support Hamas. Hamas is the PA is the Palestinian people. I discuss Douglas Murray’s comments in his interview with Piers Morgan, regarding the Nazis attempts to hide the Holocaust. They had some shame about it, and at least knew that it was wrong. In the case of the Palestinians, they do not hide anything. They celebrate the massacre of October 7. In that sense they are worse than the Nazis. More evil even then the Nazis. Then I discuss Ayan Hirsi Ali, very brave emigre who came from Somalia to the Netherlands, and then to the United States. She rejected Islam became an atheist, but a strong supporter of America, our Bill of Rights and Constitution and general conservative values. More recently however she has converted to Christianity. I applaud this. She has stepped into faith. Believing is seeing as Andrew Klavan mentioned in a recent podcast I listened to. The problem of the West is that we have rejected belief and faith and God. All of our problems ultimately come from this. We must return to belief and faith in God.

    Civilian Deaths and Israel’s Defense of Civilization. Episode 18

    I discuss the boundaries between civilization and barbarism. That the war in Gaza is a war in defense of civilization. Israel is engaged in a battle against barbarism and savagery. It must destroy Hamas. Israel must always be strong. All of us, every western nation every civilized nation must remain strong to resist the barbarians at the gates and within. Israel is fighting the battle for civilization. We discuss the role of Obama and Biden in creating this war. Their funding of Iran, and of the PLO and Hamas. And they continue to fund them. We then discuss civilian deaths. There are dozens of wars, drug wars, civil wars, conflicts going on, as we speak, around the world that you never heard of with many times more civilian deaths than Gaza. Many many more. But you never heard a word about them because the world is only interested in Israel. It is the ancient hatred of Jews at work. There would be peace today if Hamas would but surrender. All civilian deaths are on their head not Israel’s.
