The One Most Important Quality for Success.

We revisit a conversation that Rick Sanchez had with entrepreneurs Juan Alanis and Angelica Casares, a married couple from Texas who managed to transform their hobby into a full-blown business.  What began as a Blog transformed into a successful content-generating company that includes them being hosts of their own Podcast.  Alanis and Casares revealed that one of the secrets of their success was the creation of a workday routine.  They stated that when you are your own boss, managing your time between work and family can be difficult.  Sanchez agreed that prioritizing your time was the most important thing for maintaining your family life and your sanity.

Hating China. The New National Obsession.

Hating China. The New National Obsession.

Rick Sanchez welcomes show producer Scotty Mednick to the show and they discuss the possibility of the existence of a “Deep State” within the US Government.  They examine the facts that today’s politicians or decision-makers have too many conflicts of interest between their roles within the government and Corporate America.  Another example is the recent occurrence where the new Ambassador to China could not get a 15-minute meeting with either President Biden or Vice-President Harris.  Sanchez asserts that this was not the President’s or the Vice-President’s decision, but rather the advice of another group of war-profiteering advisors that is dead-set on keeping China in an adversarial position against the US.  They conclude that the US got to its position as a world leader by being strong and aggressive; but are we happier for it?  Would we be willing to trade our technological advancements and creature comforts for world peace?
