I'm so happy you've gone the way of the podcasts. I need to tell you that you didn't disappoint me for my very first "rise and hustle". I have been following and using a lot of your suggestions and training for several years. I usually try them and use them but as usual life can get in the way. I think having a voice to go with the emails will add a spin of reality to them.

This podcast really enlightened me on weight used to burn fat. Better understanding will always lead to better results. Thank you, "Pnacakes", mahalo from Stanle Kaina
