The Fred H. Bossons Award honors the risk management professional who earns the highest average mark on the three examinations required to obtain the Canadian Risk Management designation (or CRM). This year’s award recipient – and guest of today’s show – is Ana Lage; the marketing broker at Lloyd Sadd Insurance Brokers!
 
In this episode, Ana shares her tips and study advice regarding the CRM designation, personal experiences from her career, and what she thinks risk and insurance professionals should do to find success and adapt – especially when they’re just starting out in their careers!
