Rob Tells Tales

Yay! Rob's back! His voice and his short stories bring me joy. I just hope he doesn't run out of them.

I couldn’t even tell you how I happened upon this podcast. I was probably searching for one that I listen to regularly but got buried beneath the literal 100s of others in my library. Some random key word probably started with the same 3 letters and Rob Tells Stories was offered up as a result. Hey! I LOVE stories! AND I love story podcasts!!! AND each episode is only 10 minutes long! So, as I assumed the episode list to be more of an anthology, I skimmed up and down and landed on what would be my first taste of Rob’s deliciously bite-sized tales. Now, to be completely honest, that particular episode is the only episode I’ve listened to so far. It ended minus ‘the-amount-of-time-it-took-me-to-find-the-podcast-on-Apple-bc-I-was-so-compelled-to-leave-a-review’ ago. So, I cannot say for certain that the rest of the stories are any good. But if they’re even 1/3 as entertaining as The Macaroni & Cheese Incident, I’ll let my 5 stars stand.

I like to queue up a lot of podcasts and it always makes me happy to hear ‘hi im rob’. Got that mr rogers feeling to it. And then theres going to be a nice little story that takes you somewhere nice. Rob kinda reminds me of my friend Rob but my friend Rob isnt a podcast. There are pros and cons to either Rob.

RTT is just a little slice of heaven here on earth! Especially episode 16, so poignant, a must listen to for every human being.
