Fascinating
This was 100% more than I thought it would be. I say through episode 59 which was a breakdown on the final episode of GOT and let me tell you that I am impressed with the depth. This wasn't two guys complaining about why they hated the episode or why the haters were wrong. This was a true breakdown of the details that took place in the episode and what motivated not only the writers, but the characters and what much of the subtext was. The good, the bad and the ugly. This was great. Definitely going to checkout some more of the episodes. Like, right now. Highly Recommended!
A Stronger Pod than Gorilla Grodd!
What I love most about this show is that the hosts aren’t just hovering over the latest comics news and films, but know their comics and entertainment history. They are always referencing books from their youths and projects I haven’t thought about in years. Much like host Thom’s art prints and Kris’ nostalgic pop culture art pieces, they bridge stories and shows I loved when I was younger with new things they introduce me to today. It’s fun to listen to guys who love what they talk about and have no attitude. Guest host Blake is hilarious and fun! My favorite podcast by far!
