I wanted to like it.

He hosts seem like decent people but the constant breaks were frustrating. The episode was supposed to be about touring and being able to make it but they went on rambling about classic rock bands that are affluent. There was barely any time to discuss the actual topic. I’m curious if this is just because the host has no experience in touring and could not really talk on the subject.

Also Dio passed away in 2010. His wife made the statement. Please fact check.

FANTASTIC Show… when the feed works

This show is very well-produced and the hosts work great together. They've done a show a week for almost 5.5 years as of January 2013, no repeats/reruns and no missed weeks even through hurricanes. I've learned a LOT of music trivia thanks to them. The only two 'cons' are that they often have trouble keeping their RSS feed functioning and will fall months behind on publishing them here. In those cases you either wait or you download them directly from their website. The other annoyance is that one of the hosts has a PhD in Communications or a related field and cannot accept admitting when he's wrong about a music fact. Seeing that this is a volunteer hobby for him and the show is free, I'm quite willing to accept such a character flaw.

Keeping the flame alive

Occasional mis-step as far as the facts go and the show could definitely go into more depth but they are doing their part to keep the rock and roll flame burning and I enjoy their enthusiasm and obvious love for the music...so I'm giving them five stars.
