We all had preceptors in our RN/NP programs, some experiences might be better than others. Learning experiences can be frustrating, exhausting, or very informative. How do you feel about precepting students or being precepted? Did you have a bad experience as a student or preceptor?
Well I officially had my first NP to precept and these are my thoughts.
