Wonderful podcast

I can’t say enough great things about this podcast. Any one who is interested in black mental health should subscribe.

Great info and discussions

I discovered this podcast about two months ago. I am so impressed with the knowledge presented from Black male mental health to how to talk to your child about coping with their emotions as it relates to racism. These aren't topics that are normally discussed. Dr. Thornton addresses issues that we think about, but don't really address, meaning we've normalized our problems to the point where we don't discuss them. As a former elementary teacher, I appreciate that mental health is being talked about more because it affects very young students as well. Continue to provide "a different perspective."

An absolute delight

Dr. Amber Thornton brightens my day, period. I am not a podcast listener, typically, but A Different Perspective has me coming back again and again! 5 stars!
