The best
A very good podcast.
Fires and floods
I appreciate the information like about making sure your windows are down during a flood but I did get upset because of what they said about not going back for the dog during a fire... there should be an escape plan including your pets, they are family too! Their lives should not be thought of less significant. I feel like because of that the whole point is pretty contradictory.
Can't wait
Jeff Rosen is awesome
