Great Podcast

I’m really new to podcasts and stumbled upon Run Farther & Faster a few months ago. I have found Julie and Lisa to be enjoyable to listen to as well as informative. It has definitely helped during the last few months of quarantine. Download and give them a listen.

Hilariously entertaining and educational

I usually skip the upfront banter and ads on most podcasts and jump right to the interviews. Not this one. I savor the whole dang episode. Lisa and Julie are relevant and LOL hilarious. I almost fell off my bike laughing one day. Plus, they have really interesting guests, not the same pro runners doing the rounds.

JB the amazing person 🤗😀 ,

Excellent podcast with so many great guests

Julie and Lisa are experienced runners and coaches, but I also love that they are busy working moms who understand the challenges of balancing marathon training with work and family.
I originally started listening because of the great training tips and advice leading up to Boston, but I’m enjoying all of the additional episodes and the fantastic guests they’ve had. I look forward to each episode and feel like I’m talking with old friends :-) Keep up the great work!
