A fun listen!

Lots of information about how to lead a healthy lifestyle with interesting life stories sprinkled in between that are shared by the hosts and their guests. I always take away a nugget or two (actually a lot more!) of wisdom after listening to an episode. Kudos to the friends behind the podcast!
