Helpful and inspirational

As a South African runner living abroad, I find these podcasts a wonderful way to marry the practicalities of running with the inspiration from people's stories. They're the right length to give a quick boost during the day or on a run. I want to become a better runner as a result and look forward to running Comrades based on their advice.

Great podcast

This is a unique podcast - great for runners in and out of South Africa. I'm from Brasil and considered it perfect to help me through my journey to Comrades 2014. Fantastic source to understand the local running scene!
