    Clissold Catch-up

PAUL IS BACK! Rob and Paul return to the scene of groingate, and walk gingerly around Clissold Park with plenty to catch up on. Featuring tearing up in the Pringle aisle for Paul and a disastrous week’s running for Rob - plus some exciting tennis and a sad loss.

    Gavin Boyter - Part Two

    Gavin Boyter - Part Two

Rob is joined by Gavin Boyter, author of Downhill from Here and Running the Orient, for the second leg of an epic turn around North London's most verdant spaces. It's a triple toe-in-the-water for would-be Ultra runner Rob, as Gavin takes him many a long mile, dispenses some distance-running tips, and tells some hair-raising tales - although Rob is not planning to run the length of Britain or the breadth of Europe - like Gavin has - quite yet...

    Zoe Lyons' Ultra

    Zoe Lyons' Ultra

Brilliant comedian and self-deprecating runner Zoe Lyons runs with Rob - and she’s got quite the story to tell! WARNING: sweary, extremely biological and very, very funny.

Eakster69 ,

Chuffin great

I like listening to these two funny blokes puffing along whilst doing the washing up, or working out. Always nice to hear about the routes taken too. Cheers!
