Thank you for the great information. I am hoping that you will have more and more podcasts coming out. I started following you on Facebook, YouTube, and now podcasts. I am hoping to soon trade in my Tiffin for a Newmar, the more and more I listen to your reviews, podcasts, and YouTube information… The more and more I am leaning towards making my purchase at NIRVC.
What can you say about great leadership?
To say that NIRVC is leading the RV industry in every way imaginable is an understatement. As this podcast makes very evident, the care and convenience of the customer are first and foremost in everything NIRVC does. A great leader shields the issues from others so they do not experience the true pain, but more importantly, they take the information to drive improvements to the dealer network, customer base and the manufacturers. Anyone that has met Brett or Angie knows that they don’t simply speak this, they live it. That is why they are great leaders, and will lead the RV industry in the right direction. I look forward to hearing more of this podcast. The mix of customer point of view and the manufacturing point of view should prove to be quite interesting!
