• Might need to redirect some leaders to another ministry they will thrive in
    -Follow up afterward
• Change the language to change the culture
• Advice to volunteers
    -Do for a few what you wish you could do everyone
    -You are necessary
    -To make disciples, you need to be a disciple - Daily prayer life
