S1. Ep #2 Why Saying “No” Can Lead To Life's BIG “Yeses!” – with Actress + Podcast Host, Jessica St. Clair

Have you ever had to walk away from an opportunity you have been dreaming of for years because the cost of saying “Yes” was just too high? My guest this week has, and she shares exactly how it led to her healthiest, most joyful, and authentic life.

I’m delighted to introduce you to my longtime Pal, Jessica St. Clair. Jessica is a comedienne, writer, producer, and UCB Alum. During the pandemic she started The Deep Dive Podcast with co-host June Diane Raphael, and last summer they opened the doors to The Deep Dive Academy of Significance–an online membership community where women connect, have a blast, and learn the fabulous, fun things we wish we had actually had been taught in school!

This episode is all about being brave enough to be yourself. So grab those little earbuds..you aren’t gonna  want to miss it!

In this episode we get into:

  • How a cancer diagnosis forced Jessica to advocate for herself in the industry in a totally new way and inspired her vision for a healthy, happy set
  • What it's like to start a podcast during the Pandemic and show up fully as yourself
  • Real talk about our “Beast Modes” and why risking  being vulnerable is what lets our people find us
