Our expert speaker for this episode is Mr Quintin Ludick, a registered Clinical Psychologist with 11 years experience who works at the Student Counselling Unit at UP. He has worked in both public and private settings and he has a special interest in assisting people with trauma, depression, anxiety and addiction. Having to live with an anxiety disorder himself, he agreed to do this podcast episode to send a message of hope to listeners that anxiety does not have to rule your life!
