Dr. Casey DeBruyn is a senior organizational development and talent management consultant with over 22 years of experience in industrial-organizational psychology, change management, training, organizational design, effectiveness, and creative problem-solving. Dr. DeBruyn has led teams and developed foundational, enterprise-wide change management and organizational development and training programs across the spectrum, from Fortune 500 companies to small entrepreneurial start-ups.
Dr. DeBruyn enjoys professional membership with the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychologists, American Psychological Association, and the Association for Talent Development. Dr. DeBruyn currently serves as an adjunct professor at Purdue University Global, Graduate Psychology Department, College of Social and Behavioral Sciences, and has had the privilege of speaking at multiple educational events, professional associations, and expositions across the country.
