Alison Myrden comes from a family line of Canadian law enforcement officers, and is herself a retired corrections officer. She is also one of Canada's earliest medical marijuana patients from 1994, has supported Law Enforcement Against Prohibition (LEAP) and is a Canadian and worldwide cannabis advocate.
