I'm joined by Clinical Nutritionist Katherine Hay, owner of Kaptured Nutrition.  Gut health is her jam and we dive into everything from IBS, parasites, constipation, the pill, fertility, using food to optimise your gut health and so much more!

Katherine and I have had very similar journeys with our gut health, fertility and healing so we speak personally about the challenges we've personally faced and how we overcame then. Katherine shares the science of gut health and how we can optimise our health by nurturing our guts. We also touch on children's nutrition and the importance of setting up their gut health from a young age.
