Buckle in, ya’ll… today’s episode goes *DEEP* into a struggle both Laura and Sara have been navigating through for years! Do hobbies even exist in 2020 millennial culture? But before all that fun stuff - Sara’s stressin’ about planning the final details for her upcoming trip (but also super excited for it!), meanwhile Laura’s hating tax season in between a serious dump of inspiration/passion project fell into her lap. The two chat for a while about creativity before segueing into an in depth chat about what it means to constantly feel the need to “hustle” interests into a career versus enjoying our interests simply as a hobby. Is it okay to not have children and not be a career woman? Why are millennials obsessed with side hustles? Why do we feel the pull to monetize every hobby into something more?
