there are some things in a kids life that can really rock their world. One of those things is divorce, and it can really have a negative effect on kids. But it doesn’t have to be that way. I have with me on the show today, Ben Heldfond and Nikki DeBartolo. They are the founders of the Our Happy Divorce page, and co-authors of Our Happy Divorce, How Ending Our Marriage Brought Us Closer Together. They totally changed the culture around divorce and are striving to continue to break the mold of how horrible divorces typically are on kids. And they are here with use today to give us some insight on how we can put our kids first in our marriages and even our divorces.
