There are three kinds of people in the world. Those who have morning routines, those who don’t, and those who want to tell everyone else what their morning routine should be.
Can you guess which one I am?
If we’ve known each other for a while you know I’m very passionate about having invigorating habits to fall back on in our everyday lives. I talk about it a lot.
Why am I so passionate about this topic? For two reasons, habits literally are the driving force behind almost everything we do. And on a more personal note, developing good habits, more specifically, a strong morning routine has changed my life.
