About Sabine Roduit
Originally from Switzerland, Sabine began her career path with Nestlé in 1998. Since then, she has taken her dynamic career around the world through a variety of key roles—from change and release management to integration, program management, managing infrastructure, IT manager for a country (Switzerland), and service delivery prior to assuming the role as Head of the IT North America organization since January 2018. 20+ years at Nestlé shaping and leading IT teams, as well as gaining business experience outside of Nestlé, have influenced her people-centric approach to organizational change and management. Sabine is passionately involved in global diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within Nestlé and remains a strong advocate for the organization’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Her connection and compassion for people is central to the energy she brings to Nestlé. After six years based at the St. Louis Hub, Sabine has returned to Switzerland in the Nestle Headquarter to start a new role as of the 1st of April 2023 as the Global Head of Business architecture and End to End flows.
