Tips on enjoying guided meditation:




Sit comfortably with your eyes closed. Although you can listen lying down, it is better from an energy perspective to be sitting upright.



Although not essential, many people find wearing headphones helps.



You may find it easier to focus if you've not just eaten a meal, or drank alcohol.



Please do not use while driving, operating machinery or need to give your attention to other things. You may become seriously chilled out and relaxed while listening to these guided meditations!
