It is important women understand what decentering men truly means and no it doesn’t mean hate all men. Sexually, emotionally, mentally and spiritually get rid of the idea men are the center and your life has to revolved around them. Your conversations shouldn’t be revolved all around men. Righteous anger & The weaponization of the word “insecure”
It’s important women fully understand what being righteously angry is and that our forgiveness is a REWARD. It’s vital we don’t fall into this conditioning of being “digestible” and being a “good girl” and we truly take time to honor our truest feelings. We’re deserving of this.

Check out and support my lovely sponsors
I would love to thank the sponser of today’s podcast ep! “V’s hidden gems”. Her products are amazing and the serenity oil I bought was so fully nourishing to my skin. Growing up with eczema I always had a hard time finding oils and lotions made for my skin. This oil however saved my life! I loved the breast massages I gave myself with her oil. After a fresh shower her oil was so rejuvenating to my skin.

How women can thrive in a culture of hyper sexuality & Releasing shame
This ep was so special to me 3 I present this podcast from one soul to another. I have my own experiences through hyper sexuality and I learned when showing up with love, truth and authenticity instead of shame and guilt I can truly heal and that’s what happened :) Here are ways we as women can still embody and love our sexuality without hypersexualizing ourselves.

The sisterhood wound: When we resent and envy the women around us
It is important as women we create these spaces of vulnerability and allow ourselves to be deeply honest about how we feel about the women around us. Sisterhood wounds isn't talked about much because there is so much shame surrounded around admitting you have this wound and Its time, we release that shame. Growing up, I struggled horrifically with this wound. Constantly comparing, envying and competing with the women around me. After coming deeply into my womanhood, I learned how to be a safe space for the women around me. Because I'm in love with my femininity I have no room to compete and compare with the women around me. I only have a deep space of love. It's time we release this pain from our womb and free our ancestry.

In this ep we will discuss the difference between Societal marriage and a good loving holy union. Good marriages still exist so why do women reject their heart desires and conform to the idea of “marriage just being a piece of paper?”. In this episode we will discuss why it is important for a man to marry you and make you his wife than a long-term girlfriend. *LEAVE A REVIEW ON APPLE AND SPOTIFY 🎧*

Absolutely love this podcasts
She shares a lot of insight into unpopular opinions about the superficial progressive society we currently face. This podcast has helped me learn to normalize my personal beliefs in mutual respect and understanding without minimizing myself for the sake of attention. Keep speaking out, we’re all listening and cheering you on!
