I went to CPE. A day does not go by that I don’t think about what I learned. I listen to the podcast almost every day. I use the eight tools (the feelings) to do what I was meant to do and and to be who I am meant to be. One day at a time.
I also work at a juvenile youth facility here in Kenai Alaska. I have the privilege of teaching a “feelings” class. I have used the tools from CPE to teach! Thank you Sage Hill!
