This podcast is a safe place.

I have found, in my own recovery journey, that there is not just 1 thing that works. The more I become awake to my heart the more I realize how much it needs. The more tools I have, the deeper my recovery is. I haven’t found a 1 stop fix. This podcast is one of those tools and it has tremendously impacted me. It has encouraged me. It has equipped me. It has helped me contemplate my own life and become more attuned with my heart. Sage Hill has done a fabulous job by using the tool of podcasts to create a safe place to help me work through the unsafe parts of my story.

From “Hello”

I always love the content here and the camaraderie Chip shares with his colleagues- especially when he’s yucking it up with Stephen. 😊
You guys had me at “Hello.”
No, you had me from that melancholy guitar riff at the top. I LOVE that!!! There’s really not much I don’t LOVE about this podcast.
