Using Martial Arts Practices in Media Appearances

John asked such interesting questions and we got to chat about being a great media guest in an unusual way — in the context of both of our martial arts practices—his Taekwondo and mine, Aikido. When he spoke one of my favorite sayings by Oscar Wilde, ”Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken.” I knew we were kindred spirits. Thank you, John, for making the interviews so easy and fun.
