A Much-Needed Reframing

I love this podcast. Sally is a master at reframing the conversation on aging, and it's so refreshing to hear someone tell the truth--aging isn't easy, nor is it possible to forever remain in youth, but by no means are we expired beings. Far from it.

There is so much unknown as we inevitably grow older, but the one thing I know for sure is that I'm taking this wise woman's narrative with me.

Thanks, Sally!

Love the Story Pro Series

Sally invites inspiring guests and asks them great questions that spark insightful dialogue. Her interviews with Doug Lipman and Karen Dietz were both phenomenal.
