Fantastic

An engaging podcast that marries personal anecdotes, clinical knowledge, and actionable advice all in 30 minutes. The topics are interesting and the conversations provide great insight into very relevant issues. Whenever I listen to an episode I come away feeling like I've learned something new that I can immediately apply to my life. The style of conversation is so engaging that you feel like you're listening to your friends that just happen to be fantastic therapists. Could not recommend more.

A great place for the mind/soul/heart when seeking refuge during these crazy times!

Thank you Cris and Dianne for inviting us to pull up a chair to your intimate and open-minded table of reason and reflection during such troubling and insecure times. I listen to your podcast while working in my art studio - your conversations are calming yet at the same time pointedly thought provoking and urgent, yet soothing in a way, real, raw, relatable, relevant. They parallel discussions my women friends and I have as mothers, wives, daughters, caregivers, homeschoolers, at-home guidance counselors/nurses/maids/therapists, etc, while they help wrestle with, pry apart, and even resolve the endless questions we are unable to tackle on our own at times. An absolutely wonderful podcast that I highly recommend for all sandwichers who finds themselves squeezed!

Great podcast!

So excited about this podcast! Cris and Dianne are so easy to listen to and I love the content. Having an almost 80 yo widowed mom who’s about to have knee surgery and need full time care while she recovers and also 2 middle schoolers - definitely feeling the squeeze. What a great idea to have a podcast on all this. Thank you for putting such relevant content out.
