A bit about me, and why I started this podcast...

I'm a Type 1 Diabetic of just over 10 years and my approach to health and wellness is holistic, with a focus on meals, movement, and mindfulness. Although I consider all of these areas to be important, I consider mindfulness or mindset to be most important because I believe it impacts the other areas.

I’m also a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, Mindset and Life Coach, but more importantly, I’m just a lived experience on a mission to help others be the best human they can be.

On this podcast, I will be speaking to a bunch of expert guests in the areas of meals, movement, and mindfulness, but what makes this podcast different to any other wellness podcasts? ALL of my guests have experienced an auto-immune condition themselves and have now reached a place of wellness through the power of holistic healing.

    Her method focuses on wellness from within and nourishing words of self-love, deepening your connection to mind, body and spirit through an assortment of healing practices.

    Hello and welcome!
    My name is Sarah Miller, and I've been living with Type One Diabetes for just over ten years. As a result, I have worked through a plethora of limiting beliefs and behaviours over the years, and now I am on a mission to help others on their own journey. 
    So, what’s this podcast all about and who’s it for?

    In a nutshell, it's about holistic healing for diabetes and other auto-immune dis-eases, featuring solo episodes with me, plus a bunch of inspiring guests who are experts in one of these three areas - meals, movement, or mindfulness. 
    But here is THE BEST PART...

    Each guest has or has had an auto immune condition, which means they know their sh*t when it comes to the power of holistic healing as they are a lived experience, and have used it to reach REMISSION or wellness.
