MZ and Amy open the lines to the audience to discuss the immediate future of KSCO.

Rafa Sonnenfeld, Director of Legal Advocacy at YIMBY Law, joins MZ to discuss the affordable housing crisis in Santa Cruz county and what is being done to address the problem.

MZ's guest for the first hour is Pamela Fugitt Hetrick, a long time finance and insurance instructor with many years of dealing with California insurance companies. In the second hour, MZ is joined by Keith McHenry, a homeless advocate and founder of Food Not Bombs. Keith's friend was recently murdered in a make-shift homeless encampment. They will discuss the tensions building between the homeless and others.

Becky Steinbruner and Jessica Ayala join MZ for an in-depth discussion about the recent firing of Santa Cruz County fairgrounds manager and CEO, Dave Kegebein by the Fair Board.
