34: The Chaos, Joy & Juggle of Multitasking Moms with Kelsey Romine

Meet Kelsey Romine!! For 8 years, I was a teacher. I liked it for a while, but I began to notice my mental health starting to suffer. After I had my first baby, I was really struggling. I decided I needed to make a change, even though it felt really scary to try something new.

I learned how to start my own business from home, and it was everything I needed in life. I'm now a WordPress website designer, building custom, strategic websites for busy coaches and service providers, making sure their website has a strategy first before the design process starts.

I've been able to be home with my littles while they are still little while enjoying a freer lifestyle and still helping support our family. My mental health is so much better too.

32: Tackling Success One Quarter at a Time

32: Tackling Success One Quarter at a Time

Your most favorite time of the year is here... No it's not taxes! Quarterly review time!

If you don't take time to review your quarter, let me suggest that you do! If you never take the time to assess what's working, what's not and focus in on the goals that matter most, you'll miss the mark every time.

In today's episode I talk about the business checklist I created 2 years ago that I've since updated. Here's what you can expect inside:

This quarterly strategy and plan is crucial for setting goals, outlining objectives, and defining key initiatives to drive the business forward. It serves as a roadmap for the company, providing a clear direction on how to allocate resources, prioritize tasks, and measure progress.

By regularly reviewing and updating this strategy, businesses can adapt to changing market conditions, stay competitive, and make informed decisions to achieve success. Having a well-defined quarterly plan also helps in fostering teamwork, aligning efforts across departments, and ensuring everyone is working towards a common goal.

In essence, a quarterly strategy and plan is not just a document, but a dynamic tool that guides businesses towards growth and prosperity.

There are two ways to grab it:

Tiny Marketing with Sarah Noel Block

Tiny Marketing with Sarah Noel Block

Meet Sarah, founder of Tiny Marketing and your marketing strategist.

    Sarah Noel Block, MS

For seven years, I was a marketing department of one for a five company group. As hard as it was, it gave me a valuable skill set. I learned to optimize my time and budget through streamlining, systemizing, and automating to build an effective and efficient marketing department.

During that time, I increased search engine traffic by 1,800%, built brand awareness, and contributed to the highest-grossing year in the company’s sixty-year history.

I enjoy working with SMBs that are

Adding digital marketing to their strategy for the first time.

Building their first marketing department (or dedicated marketing person).

Overwhelmed with marketing activities and need to learn how to focus, streamline, and automate to get more impact from their small team.

    The Shift Before the Shift

    The Shift Before the Shift

If you're in a shifting season, where both life and business are about to change drastically for you and mostly for the better, this episode is for you!

As a mom and an entrepreneur, it can be hard to "just go with it". I don't know who those people are but I have never been one of them.

I'm more like lets plan it effectively, create some strategy and then take action. I actually find that when I just "go with it" my mental health usually goes right out the window.

In this episode I'll talk about how to prepare your mindset, how to hire for the help you need, how to create margin in the areas you need it and let go of guilt where it's not needed.

If this sounds like you or someone you know, I'm excited you're here!

Please leave me a review, or share on your social media platforms.
