Great for students/practitioners

I started listening to this podcast when I was finishing graduate school and entering internship for counseling. Great topics, great review, and great for those moments when imposter syndrome sets in and you need to hear the concepts you are teaching clients is legitimate. Highly recommend

Unique and understandable

This podcast, so far has touched on topics with an updated approach! It’s putting words and meanings to what’s going on today with definitions to help inform today’s news- mental health. I found myself smiling at how accurately she pointed out behaviors with clear incentives to navigate through what is going with the BIG PICTURE of the world. I hope this reaches an audience that can listen and apply these meanings to understand a better future through human emotions and updated terms of psychology- a better understanding of people.
